In the US Arj has appeared at many venues throughout California, and has become one of the most popular faces on the UK Comedy Circuit. He has toured Europe several times, and is a regular at comedy clubs in Holland, Denmark, Ireland and Norway. His debut show in Edinburgh Letter from America received rave reviews, played to sell out audiences and won him the Perrier Best Newcomer award in 1997. He has returned there every year since, and always achieves 5* reviews and sell out shows. His 2000 show is currently being written. Arj made his UK TV acting debut on Stephen Poliakoffs' Shooting the Past which has been shown twice on BBC television and has won awards in France and Italy.
